In Oslo, discussions highlighted concerns over China’s economic ties with Russia, especially regarding energy purchases that continue despite the conflict. Norwegian Foreign Minister Espen Barth Eide stated that the Nordic countries had collectively encouraged China to persuade Russia to engage in negotiations without setting preconditions.
